I think Trader Joe's Coastal Cabernet might be in my future.

I want the Box's reaction - my racquetball partners had trouble with the following.

I made very good soup the middle of last week. It was a beef stew. Yesterday, I had a very good base in the crockpot but no vegetables and no beef remaining. I converted the remaining base to turkey and vegetable soup; it's very good. Thoughts?

Step 1: Sleep with Tiger Woods
Step 2: ...
Step 3: Profit !

I think half the country just figured out the elusive Step 2.

I know a chick he 'ed about a decade ago. He wasn't married at the time though. Although I think, if I do the math right, she was only 17.

While I haven't yet had a chance to taste any, the 2007 Chateauneuf du Pape vintage is supposed to be fantastic. There are still a few 2007 deals to be had in the $20-$30 range if you jump on them quickly. If properly decanted, you should be able to drink most of them now or they'll also age quite well.

I'm drinking an '03 at the moment, which is surprisingly good (considering its last outing in 2007). I've also got one bottle left of my favorite '01 vintage.

Was your base leftovers from the beef stew after you ate all the veggies and beef from it? If so, then I am assuming that you just added some turkey and more veggies to it and enjoyed it. Works for me. Although I prefer my turkey soup to be in chicken stock and not my beef stew stock which has tomato sauce added to it.
