When a defendant attempts to limit or exclude the testimony of an expert witness by claiming that the expert is not sufficiently qualified, having a string of initials that takes up a line or two can be an effective visual cue in one's response (assuming that the initials are relevant to the qualifications/experience necessary to be an expert in the field).

I have to head to LBB to drive my brother home... I was hoping to get some different lines but MEM-LBB is like $850.

I hate to say it, but I may fly WN just to get the lines.

ok expounding on yesterday a bit.
The GA did not want to assign me a seat at all, I was basically flying standby from originally confirmed F in 5A in a 739, which does not exist on the 738. I was never added back ot UG Standby list and I think there was one noshow.

I asked very nicely a few times when I'd have a seat, and did not even get a BP until after general boarding was well on the way.
When I walked through first there were 3 seats still open, and it looks 2 of those showed but 1 did not so another upgrade happened of the person 1st in standby(if they got the seat who knows). the GA was looking to have a very bad day, at one point she was basically brekaing down crying.

when I got the BP I said, is there an ETC with this? She said no this is a decommit and there is no ETC.....ok.

People drive what is socially acceptable, so do it and so it will be acceptable in time!

I agree - I was so hungover on my last trip to LAS that I wasn't going to board my flight (flat tire rule) if my upgrade didn't clear.

There's nothing wrong with that, especially if your upgrades clear.
