Years of enduring :rolleyes: on US have made me pretty good when it comes to constructing insane :-: rewards. Every agent I've worked with the past few days has told me they've learned a lot from my polite suggestions on routings. I should be a :rolleyes: consultant.

FYI LH at EWR uses the SAS lounge.

Be prepared for :rolleyes:. The LH agents at EWR are pretty horrific.

And the lounge is terrible too. Use the SAS if you can. I've also been able to get access on a LH ticket to the BA club, which was better than the LH one. @:-)
