Us lowly silvers are getting new OnePass cards with the *A logo. Mine arrived today. Should I start a new thread?

Had to walk outside and inhale lots of cold air to prevent myself from making a scene in the lobby.

I'm not making light of your pain, here, but your comment and the circumstances does remind of how some in the disability rights world hold a kind of "karmic retribution" notion regarding persons who abuse the rights and laws, with such things as unnecessary disabled parking privileges, or attempting to pass pets off as service animals. Maybe you offended some deity of crew rest.;)

Only if you establish that the new card is 0.002 inches thinner than the old, thus showing the entire *A adventure is skewed against the rights of Silver Elites.

Conference call in 20 seconds. Coffee is hot. Bring it on. (Update: now 15 sec late; no ring yet.)

Are they still paper cards?

I fed samples from my old and new cards into a mass spectrometer. The new cards use a slightly inferior grade of polyvinylchloride. What sort of compensation should I demand when I call 1-800-WE-CARE?

Proof that the Europeans have done more than excel at integrating air and rail transport. @:-)

They're also very good with meat technology for breakfast.

My fiancee deems black knee-high boots as impractical. It's all Uggs and Muck-a-lucks (sp?) in Canuckland. I suppose this is a drawback of her being a high school teacher.

If you are wearing a suit, I assume the boots are underneath the pants legs, making them appear more or less as high shoes. Ergo, it is probably not the boots that are drawing the looks, one might think.

Well know but they have a nice fancy metalic blue color now.

Sounds like there is a need for CO to develop a polyvinylchloride-downgrade kit, to be sent out immediately. That should keep them on their organic chemistry toes.

I screwed this up in my attempt to pay attention to this call.

Does she use a hydraulic press to put those thing on and to take them off?

The boots should be a supple enough leather that you can roll the boots down mide calf level and pull off.

Having seen all the colors in our house, I think the silver card is the most attractive; that being said, I'm not giving up Plat status for a pretty card ;)

BL JR was very upset when we took her gold card away and put it in my wallet; she wanted it in *HER* purse. We should have named her Veruca.

Will CO give him free status with those miles?
