I crawled into the crew rest area on the 346 on the Technik tour, and jokingly said as I was crawling out of the compartment "FRA-PHL tomorrow, masseuse onboard please." Then I woke up with a crippling back spasm. It got so bad that I almost puked from the pain...felt the puke coming on as I was walking to the Biz check-in line. Had to walk outside and inhale lots of cold air to prevent myself from making a scene in the lobby.

I'm not making light of your pain, here, but your comment and the circumstances does remind of how some in the disability rights world hold a kind of "karmic retribution" notion regarding persons who abuse the rights and laws, with such things as unnecessary disabled parking privileges, or attempting to pass pets off as service animals. Maybe you offended some deity of crew rest.;)

I fed samples from my old and new cards into a mass spectrometer. The new cards use a slightly inferior grade of polyvinylchloride. What sort of compensation should I demand when I call 1-800-WE-CARE?

If you are wearing a suit, I assume the boots are underneath the pants legs, making them appear more or less as high shoes. Ergo, it is probably not the boots that are drawing the looks, one might think.

Having seen all the colors in our house, I think the silver card is the most attractive; that being said, I'm not giving up Plat status for a pretty card ;)

BL JR was very upset when we took her gold card away and put it in my wallet; she wanted it in *HER* purse. We should have named her Veruca.
