Oh yeah... that's weird to see happen... (A dorm I stayed in a couple nights got nice and cool - AC running on high - nonstop - but when we walked on the floor near the A/C... the tiled floor squished and water shot up )
The exterior windows of air-conditioned buildings, buses, etc., will also all have condensation smeared all over them during times of high heat and humidity (June-August, except when High-Pressure Systems just mean it's relatively dry and positively scorching). It is not uncommon to see moldy residue on the exterior of some glass-faced buildings that are not visited by window-washers on a regular basis. Teh Pit has so much going for it. |
I can't track the DO flight, not showing up on any flight trackers I have access to.

Ike really forgot about areas of Maryland within 40 miles of D.C. And I know areas in TN without running water even today - was a side-effect of studying internet penetration.

Once you step outside, the extremely hot and humid air will begin to condense its moisture onto your relatively cooler skin. It's like instant sweat.

Just got off the phone with FT Lurker Sr. He got food poisoning on the tail end of ORD-AMS-MUC-MXP-FRA-AMS-ORD-HKG-MNL-HKG-ORD.

I've known plenty of people who didn't have a connection to a water system, but had wells that provided running water in the house. I assume you mean no running water as in, outhouse and no way to just turn on a faucet and water comes out?
