I'm struggling to make my MSP-IAH-LHR award ticket (where MSP-IAH was downgraded from a 737 to an ERJ) into a MSP-ORD-ZRH-LHR itinerary in the seats up front. Agent is struggling to find anything that doesn't go MSP-ORD-EWR-Europe and wondered aloud what LX was (and was surprised when I told her that's Swiss). Going on 25 minutes now trying to sort it out. |

UA EMB120 out of PDX.
Out just past the ILS system for the runway, these tprops take off so quick they are way up by the time at the point I was.
