Yeah, same here. I should make Gold but Plat will most likely not happen. Such is life...

I forgot my coffee mug (full of coffee) at home... Looks like I'll have to make a trip to Starbuck's.

You better not remember the Hofbrauhaus SBM12. That is a direct order!
...and one of the few touristy venues that will always get a ^^ from me, as with most of the beerhalls in my homeland. I have been to the one in LAS. perhaps a visit to the original is in order! |

I like the way you guys think. The basic room at the 4P is only EUR55. Not too shabby, though a bit more than I'll be paying the previous two nights at the Hostel around the corner. Yeah, I'm doing that again.

No, ouch was when the floor dropped out a couple years ago and I went from Plat to Silver. Gold is key for me as I can grab Exit Row seating.

I'm enjoying cheap (e.g. "buy a tin every few months") coffee in the office.

Quite true. CO without access to exit row seats isn't a pleasant experience if you're tall.

My partner is at the bank taking care of the transaction to finally get our other car sold this morning.
Sunday afternoon another family called and wanted to come see it. They showed up a couple of hours later. Like the two previous cases where it was a parent looking at the car as a purchase for a teenage daughter, once again, we had parents and a kid involved. However, unlike the last princess who wouldn't even come look at it and was demanding Mom do all the work, Mom, Dad, and Daughter showed up. Daughter looked at it and loved the car. They had looked at a couple of used Civics earlier that afternoon at the local Honda dealers that had more miles, weren't as nice, and were more expensive. They all loved this car and wrote my partner a check for $1,000 on the spot to hold it for them. Now, they're at the bank paying off my partner's loan and filling out the paperwork. I am glad this ordeal is over with. Selling a car yourself is not a fun experience, and you see just how ridiculous some people are. Now watch my other half go and get a job in NYC or some other place where we don't need a car, and we have to go through this again with my Accord. |

I went to the doctor yesterday for this flu bug I have and he asked me if I felt like I had been hit by a truck. I told him it felt more like I did a round the world flight in coach.:p Im feeling better but still pretty crappy and I think the wife caught it too.
