But don't you earn a lot of yours on fairly long haul trips?

I'm still most impressed with my 2007, when I earned around 110,000 EQMs on CO, with the majority of the flights 800 miles or less, and about 40% were flights that were shorter than the 500 mile minimum. And, I had quite a few 50% EQM fares in there as well. That was the year I could have been nearly Platinum off of ERJ/turboprop flying alone.

I do. I would venture to say >70% of my trips are transcon and this year I also have a SEA-NRT run booked.

That's quite a haul of EQMs for a recovering hemispheriphobe. What do you think your total 2009 BIS mileage will be?
