I first heard about it in one of my hotel ops classes, and I've kept a copy ever since. Only several years later did I learn that an FTer was behind its creation...though I hear he wishes to keep that quiet nowadays.

I know this is a couple pages behind, but I had a phone call. Two things re cats and dogs.

First, we all know the difference between them, right? Dogs think, of their owner, 'He feeds me, he gives me water, and anticipates what I need and want. He must be a god.' Cat thinks, 'He feeds me, he gives me water, and anticipates what I need and want. I must be a god.'

Second, the lab brought home a lower jaw bone of a feral hog. I'd post a photo, but a picture of a piece of dead animal is probably not appropriate for a family website. Lower tusks of about 2 inches, mandible span of about 3 inches, and two 1-1/2 inch teeth extending straight out. I have no idea where he got it; it's not fresh kill, but it's not too old, either.

It's fairly legendary - Andy Azula (UPS whiteboard guy crying at the airport because his DL flight was late) was trying to emulate.*

* The PPT presentation is still available online on many servers.

Jaz-Z might be easier that what I have to work with. I have to use Drop That Beat - Marvellous Macc Mello. It's UK hip-hop so it lacks some of the edge in the swearing.

I just sent him a copy.

Having a printed copy of said guidelines isn't a bad idea either; I find many front desk reps clueless about the ins and outs of Marriott Rewards.

I find many front desk reps clueless about the ins and outs of any hotel loyalty program.

I've never heard of them either. They are "new and upcoming".

Now that I think about it Jay-Z w/ Linkin Park would have been perfect for a video with the theme Rage.

Bumping someone with Marriott status seems to carry quite the price tag should the member know to invoke the benefit. I wonder if there aren't some desk shift managers who don't know that kind of stuff.
