The language in the T&C's does not have a time value attached to it. If I were you, "I was upset and genuinely forgot last night, but I'm here to resume my stay as intended and invoke this benefit according to your program guidelines."

I'll keep y'all in the help queue - I expect to have something every few weeks.

The condensed version being "FUPM"? :D *

* yes, I know that was wrong.

Having a printed copy of said guidelines isn't a bad idea either; I find many front desk reps clueless about the ins and outs of Marriott Rewards.

Fixed that for you.

I find it interesting that they didn't put Hartmann in the Marriott Grand Chateau or other property in LAS. The Grand Chateau is my LAS hotel of choice thanks to the expansive 1200sqft suites for $175 a night, heh.

Hah, indeed. On the occasion that I get a manager it usually goes better but geez louise I've had some winners as night clerks over the years.

Must be a tough life. I'll check Vegas.com in the future to see if it ever comes up as a BRG hotel.

Are you familiar with "Yours is a Very Bad Hotel"?

Thanks, I'm way out of practice too. The one I started on today is more difficult. Song is too long and I really don't feel like dealing with a proper audio edit so shorten it. It seems that the quick frame edits of the music are not noticible when there's video to distract your attention. Also editing to hip-hop has to put me in a different mind set.
