Toshiba Satellite L305. It shipped with 2GB, but I haven't yet looked at config of such. My guess is 2x1GB.

It seems a couple of FT's are a slight shade of envy green today. (ref NYT article with sbm12) judging by the posts.
My minor oops for the day. I tweeted when I meant to FB  Once I got my new BB, I figured there were updates that I would tweet but not want to put in FB. Finally a somewhat useful FB app. |

Are there characters next to the L305? Like L305-XXXXX? That extra part helps make the difference; some of the L305 models have motherboard support for no more than 2GB.

None that I can see, sorry. Checked Control Panel and my documentation. DualCore Pentium T3400 - would knowing the chipset help?

It's the off season; ConciergeMike and a few other folks will have various lamentations about hockey when the time comes. Stick around. :)
I gotta run; I'm gonna be late for pretheater dinner. Buddy Holly story at the community theater on LBI tonight. ^ |

You've got 2GB of PC6400 on board now, with a maximum of 4GB supported. It's likely 2 x 1GB SODIMMs now, so you can get 2 x 2GB SODIMMs for dual channel support.
