I had to comment on coins in my living room, so I just got a USMint shipment alert through Yahoo Messenger ...

At least I'm mid-1970's.

I'm thinking normal skillet and PAM.

If she teaches summer school next summer we will only be able to go June 25-July 5 and there is avalibity in Y going and C coming home (on Virgin UC LHR-EWR^). I wanted to see some pics of the cabin and came across this stellar airline cabin p;)rn. Sorry if this has been posted but its worth another visit.

on the grill? Or how about stuffed & baked?

Stuffed and baked is also intriguing but I do want some crispy edges.

ABC owned and operated station. You watch them in NY, LA, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco to name a few cities where they operate.

Do they have that great theme music? If they do, ConciergeMike might watch.

Yes, please do so; otherwise he'll be stuck golfing all day and I'll be stuck at the spa all day.

I am told there are also distilleries there. It may just be a rumor.

Tail end of the Carter administration at time of conception. Only the morons actually put on a cardigan after turning down the thermostat. Folks in the know found other ways to stay warm that winter. :-:

That's no fun! Especially when they're back-ordered and you'll wait weeks for an order.

My max was 19k piled inside the house at once. I was out for like 2 straight weeks (unexpectedly) and didn't want to cancel the orders. My coworkers brought them to the house b/c they didn't want that many in my office or in their houses. I have a feeling I might have that many at once again once this back-order clears since I'll be out again...

How long did that take you to clear out and what was your avg deposit?

Not yet. It is pretty clear, actually. I can just about see Katy from my 10th floor window in the Galleria area.

I have a 7th floor window view of the south from the 610 feeder between Post Oak & San Felipe.

I use it to check traffic before my evening commute.

Ahhhh. That makes a bit more sense! After that, they flew People's Express.

We watched it too, although missed the first 15-20 minutes. We were late returning from dinner last night at Flip Burger Boutique, owned by Richard Blais, a former Top Chef contestant.

How was it?

Now you just wait until there isn't traffic ;)

I don't know what was up, but my parents were on the bandwagon too.

I have a great idea. We could come up with a box spreadsheet showing who where when and how much coins are dropped to ensure too much is not dropped off at one location at one time.

Hahaha, I have the local banks with deposit dates/amounts as a tab on my "US Mint" spreadsheet. The other tab has order & shipment info. My wife saw the 'banks & deposits' tab last night & wondered ... I was doing. She said it looked like a criminal's log of what bank he robbed of what amount on what date.

I only did >3k in one transaction (5k). I managed to get it done in 4 or 5 days (it was spread over 2 weeks, though) only using Wachovias. I'd hit one or two a day on my way home from work. I wised up & got other banks for my money these days.

When did you order them... before or after the recent back-order posted? I'm hoping that mine, which were ordered with a back-order date of 8/31, will get here before then.

15 August - were officially "back-ordered" at the time.
