Don't like the sound of that (says the person delaying disc replacement as long as possible).

In more positive physical news, I got racquetball again today. And I'm down another three pounds despite last weekend and a bunch of ceremonial functions with food. This places my BMI at 26.5, which is very exciting!

Nice. Yapta just saved me $50.^

icurhere2 Aug 20, 2009 5:12 pm

I've yet to experiment with Yapta.

None that I have run across yet. And the fare is refundable so there is no real commitment one needs to make.

That sucks about the DO. I bowed out too, if that makes ya feel any better. :D Just could not justify the spend at this point in time.

Going under the knife does not sound fun. :td: Hope everything is ok.

That is a loaded question.

He could also be working ABC/ESPN there, as Disney owns them.

ABC owned and operated station. You watch them in NY, LA, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco to name a few cities where they operate.

Dinner is Guinness, salad, baked potato (in 10 minutes), baked chicken (33 minutes), and a piece of coconut cake ^

Still don't know why Fox Sports keeps paying Jason Whitlock. Didn't know Rupert Murdoch granted tenure

Sorry to hear it, baglady :(. Though your Scotland comment did remind me that I need to send Plus1 a PM with suggestions on things to do there. Will work on that one tomorrow. Sucks that classes have started up again. My free time in the evenings is a thing of the past.

With Memphis "vacating" their 2007-2008 wins, my school "lost" to Memphis but Memphis didn't "win". Have to love the NCAA COI's special rules ...

I actually got that from someone in the (SkyTeam Partner) forum, IIRC, but I'll take credit.

I showed a group of UAers at a Capt Denny dinner and they were quite impressed. I gave credit where credit was due.

It worked out okay because apparently I hadn't told Plus1 I had confirmed (aka announced it in teh Box) other than at the beginning when it was announced ;)

You'll get old too one day, young man :D

Yes, please do so; otherwise he'll be stuck golfing all day and I'll be stuck at the spa all day.

It will be greatly appreciated and understand your time constraints!

Just home from picking up Plus1 and going to dinner. His car should (hopefully) be fixed tomorrow so my driving services will end then.

While I did not have the gourmet tasting menu of last night ;)
I did have a piece of shiner bread with whipped honey butter, salad with ranch on the side; baked sweet potato with same butter above and water with lemon. I did have some Captain Crunch for an afternoon snack. I never eat it for breakfast. Captain Crunch kept me from starving in college.
