I know that many are stoked for the PRG trip in January, but are folks potentially interested in MOW or PSG? I got my hair cut this morning instead of going to the gym and again talked with my barber about a trip to Russia. He's a native and has lots of friends there still so I'm trying to come up with a way to finally cash in on the repeated offers to host us there.

I need to take my partner's car back to the dealer today to finish the repairs from last week, since they had to order a outside mirror and sun visor for it. And I'm so not feeling the excitement about driving all the way up to Roswell to do it.

I've also got to take my primary suitcase up there to a luggage repair place. Last Friday afternoon a wheel came off it while walking in the 95°+ heat to the MARTA station to go to the airport . At least it has a lifetime warranty, and there are a few other minor things with it that need attention too. Turns out the repair center is about a mile from the car place, so I can take care of both errands in one trip. I just wish it wasn't so d@mn far to get up there and back.

Rightfully so.

There are plenty of fruity drinks out there that are not bright green.

I thought we had discussed doing MOW in 2011.

I am not particularly interested in going back to Moscow. Traffic was terrible, and it was nightmarishly expensive (Pizza Slice & Drink at Sbarro = $18).

one thing grating on me, could not confirm me on this flight that is in 20 min from now, because only one seat....and if they confirm me they can't boot me I am highest priority on plane.....

AHH even more now seat map has all exit rows empty!! means 4 open seats.

Tickets IAH-PRG on CO are $496 r/t right now. Not too shabby. ^

Is that connecting in FRA with LH to PRG?

Looks like multiple routings - FRA, AMS, BRU all work with different connectors.

FWIW, Costco has wooden planks too. Whole Paycheck charges too much for most things.

Two years ago, I built a cedar plank fence (with untreated wood, naturally). My village's ordinances restrict fences to 5' tall. 1x6 cedar fence pickets come in 6' lengths. So, I have about 400 1' long planks. :D

(I didn't buy from HD or Lowes - a local lumberyard that advertised their cedar was untreated...oh, and 6' planks were on sale for $1.97/ea when I built the fence)

To force :-:A you will have to go IAH-EWR-FRA-PRG. If you go IAH-FRA the flight gets in too late to connect to the PRG connections (for the cheap price).

I am looking at CO406, CO50, and connecting to LH3260 on the way there (7/14). On the way back (7/18), I'm thinking of doing LH3267 connecting to CO47. The layover in FRA is pretty long but I figure with *Gold access to lounges, it would be fine. The issue is some of the LH flights are already pretty booked for the way back, since it is a regular workday in Germany.

I just realized I don't have a single flight booked on any airline at the moment.

FYI for Boxers that use USAA!

USAA now allows you to deposit checks using your iPhone. They have a video on the website that is cool.

The rain has returned this morning and umbrella in the car! :(
