I can't do my favorite Carniceria/Taqueria on Saturdays. It's the only day of the week that they make menudo. The stench is unbearable.

There's a place on F.M. 1960 near I-45 called El Taquito Mexican Meat Market that has stellar marinated pork tacos. They looked pretty similar to those Campechanos there.
