I can't take another day of  at the office.
Between my mother's visit, my son's need to see his girlfriend and not wanting to do anything else he needs to take care of, my hate for being up in the morning with only 4 hours of restless sleep and the temps hitting 90+ today.....I'm already past cranky.

Hope your day has gotten better!^;)

I had a somewhat negative experience today at the local Chase branch in Wallington, NJ. I went in with about $6,500 in coins to deposit and the teller tried to refuse my deposit telling me I should have called fist. She then asked me where I got all these coins and I told her the mint. She said, ahh, I know what you are doing and it is wrong. We got a memo about that somewhere; I am going to look it up to see if we can take your deposit. I explained to her I am a customer with a deposit and she really has no right to question me or deny my deposit and I don’t appreciate her negative attitude. Let’s just say I won’t be returning to that branch. I called the manager at my branch and explained the situation to her and she was more than happy to accept my coins from now on because she said she has several customer that routinely order dollar coins for their vending operations. ^

I also opened another Chase checking account today and will be opening another tomorrow and a business account once I figure out how to pull that off

Yikes! Glad you've got it sorted out now!^

Chase *sucks* Im not sure if I can even have an account with them after my last debacle when they froze my accounts and said they would mail a check to me but never did. I got my money but it was a pain.

I did however open an individual account and a business account for the wife. The requirements for the business account are $500 initial deposit and you have to sign up for the $65 CO card (or barter the $65 fee for a $7 beer :D). You will need to tell them you are a Sole Proprietor in the business of ummmm... coin collecting/churning?:p

Now, can't your 'business' be 'financial services support' -- it's a catch-all for what I do!!:D

There are 3 chase branches nearby here -- (yeah, too much real estate due to bank buyouts) -- one that I will not go back to -- didn't like the 'vibe' there!

What documentation do you need to provide to them?

Two Fokker F-28 6000s available for immediate purchase in AM Third World (at minimum price). They are very speedy, hold 85, and have a quick turn-around.

They are now mine.

A straight face....

Seriously: No docs necessary.

ETA: When I worked at the bank (Woodforest for the IAH crowd) we had a lady that would come in at 3:30 am (yes the bank is OPEN 24 hours a day with someone there) every Thurs-Mon. I was the lucky one to open her account one of these days, I believe while on Christmas break from college. When I asked her what her profession was, and I could obviously tell, she said adult entertainer with a straight face. Being a youngin, it took everything I had to keep from laughing.

She also always brought in a plastic wal-mart bag full of wadded up singles for us to straighten.

One of my orders was cancelled, as well. :( I was trying to 're-order' some Prez coins -- but they clearly checked my order history!

It sounds like people are talking about advertised price matching which they've always done.

I quoted a price (which I knew they could verify online from a scam website) and they haggled with me for a bit, without asking me to substantiate the "price match" and I got them down to the price I wanted by including the SD card and a case.

That's negotiating, under the guise of price matching. @:-)

Greetings from the very unspectacular LGA PClub. Holy  batman.

I have a few orders on "Hold". One order for 5K on my AMEX, another order for 6.5K on my AMEX and 11.25K on my Chase CO M/C

ETA: It feels  to have 15K in my checking account, even it it's only sitting there for a week.
