They still make tablets?! I remember working with the OCR team at MS and thinking "this fad will last a year...", guess I was wrong.

I would like a tablet but either it is too slow for the OS or the form-factor is :td:.

I bought my sister one back in Feb, it was a nice system, just bought one for myself now.

12.1" display, 6 hour+ battery, the touch functions are good in some cases and perfect for my work notes. still has the keyboard to work like a normal machine and the system is plenty powerful

4GB RAM, Dual 2.5Ghz, got it fully loaded :)

I'm not talking about true tablet pc, but the convertible type, it is regular slimline laptop with swivel screen, full power laptop!

I am on a H fare. The weird thing with this ticket is that it was bought with the 2-for-1 voucher and made a change to it. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it.

It's likely a bug. I had the same thing happen on a $99 companion ticket a few months back where I was on the full priced ticket. Turns out, in the system, the coupon was setup to add a NO UPGRADE flag thus blocking the upgrade. It would behoove you to call and ask if that's in your res and if so I would PM CO Insider and tell him I sent you, just kidding, just tell him what you're seeing.

By the way is anyone else endlessly amused by the DL faux hardwood in the loos?

The first time I saw it, I was stumped. Come to think of it, I still don't get it.

I'm pretty happy with Mobile Opera 9.7 Beta.

Opera is good though I've found it's painfully slow on both the Blackberry 8120 and 8320. Anyone have experience with it on a 8900?

I invented a new drinking game tonight: drink a beer for every circle you fly over NJ.

Gotta love those 2 hour shuttle flights.

What if you circle over PA? That's where my circling is generally, over Williamsport to be specific.

I was looking at Aug 19 to 29th. the timings sucked however, I don't like airports at 6am or earlier! I paid more to not have to go at 6am, and skipped EWR, I know I am not a true MR, this is a birthday gift to myself, I don't want to torture myself. I did a multi dest trip, as I need to make a stop in FLL and complete some tasks I felt I failed on this last trip with work.

GRK would be a long trek for you, AUS should have similar pricing without the Terminal A fiasco.

I will be in the Club on the 19th for some hours from 9:30am till 12:30pm or so...should you decide to leave then.

Can this be done as a pure MR or does it require more than two days? I did a quick check from Aus on a weekend - :( $850.

Nope, it is an HP tx2z, $450 off coupon I had made it nice, under $1000 with a 3 year accident protection warranty.

I have a friend that got the lenovo X series tablet, he loves it as well.

I have 2 Intel Centrino2's, and older Centrino duo, and a Centrino laptop, I also run 100's of AMD and 100's of Intel machines, I like the performance of the AMD chips just fine. and talking about heat....my Centrino 2.3Ghz is a smoker, playing a game on it sometimes will make it shut down due to heat.

Nice ^. A tad bit disheartened by the 5 lbs weight though.

Better than the 7.5 I carry now :D

I have an HP Mini Note, really like it, but no DVD burner, and the more I used it, the more I needed that.

I promise I will not turn the box into theknot.com.

However, does anyone have any experience using eweddings.com to develop a site?
