True, but I'd still go for WN in that situation. Unless I was really desperate for those CO EQMs.

All this talk about riding in ERJs... does riding in a ERJ 170/175 count? I did it on a weekly/bi-weekly basis PHL-IAH on US. They were in great shape and clean. There wasn't even "artwork" on the back of seats. Surprising amount of leg room to boot. I don't think those qualify as true RJs.

Only 12 more!

The big Embraers are quite nice. They're the perfect width to prevent the airline from doing something retarded with the seat width and cramming in five across seating; just wide enough to give you four wider than average seats in coach, but too narrow to make it five average width seats. Larger overhead bins would be nice, but as they are, they hold most bags. The combination of the seat design and pitch works well too, and even my long legs fit pretty comfortably in the 31" pitch that DL says it has on their E70s. It's certainly a better design than what Bombardier did with the big CRJs; at least the Brazilians had the sense to realize they needed a bigger fuselage for a bigger jet, not just a longer one. I really wish CO had those planes. They need them, and there are a lot of routes where they could use the extra seats, and throw us elites a bone with a small F cabin to upgrade into.

Yep, saw that. CO should buy UA, combine our frequent flier accounts (Mileage Plus lifetime miles added to OnePass Million Miler qualifying miles, of course), keep EUA, not shrink the size of the domestic F cabins, and add E+ to all of the CO fleet. And, the UA Airbus fleet should have the F/E+/E- ratio adjusted to closely match the CO 737 fleet. Elites get E+ for free, and still qualify for EUAs as available. Best of both worlds. Get rid of UA's CR2s, I guess they can keep the CR7s , and definitely keep the E70s. Blow up the "temporary" terminal at IAD and replace it with something on the scale IAH E or the newer wing of EWR C. Fumigate and clean the dirty planes in the UA fleet (they are cleaner than they were), install DirectTV in all of the UA domestic fleet, and AVOD on all of the UA and CO 752/767/777 fleet. Wouldn't that make everyone happy?

Oh, and keep channel 9 and put it in every plane that doesn't have it already.

You forgot SWUs and CR-1s :-:

No. Suck it up and stay in a Marriott, Hilton, H:rolleyes:liday Inn, Omni, or something else. Corpus Christi is one of the thousands of places where Starwood couldn't be bothered to build a hotel.

Good point! Keep the SWUs and CR1s for Golds and Platinums.

Anything else?

Before I lost my job and had to bail out of the CRP DO, I had a reservation at the Courtyard in the middle of town. It looked fairly new and nice.

It's more so this week. I'm in Baton Rouge. There's not much for me to do. I'm sick of cleaning up this client's life insurance premium tables that they did wrong.
