Wow! "Something happened to the monorail, an issue with the monorail" Major :rolleyes::rolleyes: to that first idiot calling 9-1-1. Then, the same operator wants to know if there are injuries w/ 3 different callers. Is that SOP?

I think Disney has their own PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point) because it sounded like the 9-1-1 dispatcher knew exactly what they were talking about when the caller's mentioned the "TTC". I know that their Fire and EMS are provided by Reedy Creek and I guess they are the answering point also.
I liked that too, "an issue with the monorail". As for the 9-1-1 operator asking about injuries, he needs to know if he is dealing with a major transportation accident or MCI (mass causality incident) and what type of response to send, Police, Fire, EMS, Fire, Rescue, Hazmat, ect.
You would not believe how many major accidents we have that the first 9-1-1 caller initially reports as a “fender bender”
