They never have cashiers, and the self checkout always flags me to need assistance for SOMETHING (glue, certain OTC meds, whatever, something) I just decided to stop going.

Whatever you do, don't get the chili.

I won't. I am not a big chili guy.

I like the 7-Pepper Sirloin Salad and Chop Steak

and the Texas Tonion is ^

A huge Walmart just opened up near us. I really thought it was going to be a different demographic that shopped there, given that it is in a rather nice area. Alas, no. I've been into the place a couple of times and both times I swear to god the entire place was full of trailer park people - no teeth, ratty hair, etc. No idea where from, because I don't think there are any trailer parks in central NJ; the shoppers in Wal Mart must have been trucked in specially ....

Kettles - but not flying ..... shopping!

That is why I like Kroger at 2am ;)

Now....Walmart at midnight to 5am, you will flat out get run over by a stocker, they don't give any care in the world except stocking that shelf. I have personally been run over in there when I was looking for something, and nowadays they only carry their store brand on so many items, and I find several items store brand to be far lesser quality. I am not opposed to generics but some just suck.

I am spending my time online now because my mobile service is down, and I have to stay near the computer. Feeling 'tied down' for the first time in a while.

We need a Wawa here in the North Land!

I remember that place, it is now called liberty mart or some other strange sounding name place.

Stupid SPG. is wrong again. It says W Santiago is slated to open on July 1. Opening date has been pushed back to July 13. Now to decide whether a long bus ride to Vina del Mar is worth it in the winter...

Which is why I own the stock and continue to add when the opportunity arises. Love the disposable income of said demographics.

Never been in a Walmart between those hours. Come to think of it, never really been in any grocery store during those hours. Except, maybe once or twice in a Walgreens to get milk or fill an emergency Rx. Walgreens at that hour is almost as bad as Walmart during the day. Full of very suspicious characters. Creepy.

Si. IAH-ATL-SCL on Thursday (arrive Fri.), then EZE-IAH on Sunday. Still gotta book SCL-EZE. If one-ways are possible with BA Miles, I'll likely just book Biz with LA. Alternatively, I can do the AC SCL-EZE flight with BD miles.
