Good Evening Box:
Fairly long time FTer, first time poster to this most shall we say unique of threads!;) I didn't want to start another "Just flew CO and ..." thread so thought I'd post here. I am an NW PE and AA EXP and have already qualified on AA, but with the merger the NW I knew is for all intents and purposes has gone the way of the Mohicans, I am just not sure about staying with it, so I thought I would give CO a look see again. Last time I did any major CO flying was a result of a certain MSP-LGW gem of a few years back! Anyway, given I hadn't been on CO in a few years, I did a heapin' helpin of CO flying this week. Flew CLT-EWR then LGA-IAH-LAS-IAH-CLT later in the week. Must say Y'all was mighty impressed. Things have changed for the better as to CO and CLT. One of my biggest complaints about CO out of CLT was the lack of mainline. That is not so much a problem now as there is mainline to both EWR and IAH!! I scored EUA to EWR just about at the window and scored EUAs 6 days out from IAH-LAS-IAH-CLT. Gotta tell you the CO seats in FC are quite nice. Really roomy! I don't eat airline food, but the folks eating appeared to enjoy it. The PCs were nice as always too in LGA and in IAH. I flew in Y from LGA-IAH. As a PE got an exit row seat, so had plenty of leg room, but those seats seemed a little hard to me, but maybe it was just me. Anyway, going to send in a comment card to CO and tell them how pleased I was. I am debating making CO my back-up especially with the move to *A, and now *A will have three carriers covering the domestic US. Y'all have a fine airline! Look forward to flying it some more! Safe Travels |

My best friend just called; her husband is in the hospital. He was confused and having other issues. They are checking him for a stroke or heart attack. He's been a friend of mine for over 30 years. I'm feeling old. I just hope everything is A-OK.

Like any airline, CO has its bright spots and warts. However, you can always count on Teh Box for a daily dose of .

I'm staying away from anti-Box guy. I'm in no mood for a trip to Pandyland.

Had dinner tonight at my regular Italian place with the wife. Of the ~6 drinks consumed only two showed up on the bill.
I give a nice tip when that happens. ;) |

Yep, it's pathetic over there! You've said all you need to say - the rest is up to him! No need to exacerbate the madness!:rolleyes:
I could say more, but I will not endanger The Box nor myself. I really, really want to refute that line about superior attitudes, but I'm trying to be a good boy. |
