How do you like yours and what size did you get? I had a 21 and can't decide between 24 or 25.

Official policy is that they don't have to do it but they generally will if you have all the details (like the PNR and eTicket info for the other flight) and ask nicely and get to the counter with sufficient time for them to process it. Does CX operate non-stop on the DEL-BKK or are you going through HKG? And I'm also not sure if there is a transit lounge in DEL or if you have to enter the country (and collect your bags) anyways.
The transit experience is one I am not sure of. If I clear customs to collect bags, I'm not sure they will let me re-check in until 3 hours before the flight. That would leave a nasty gap at the airport with no particular place to go.. although I understand the transit lounges are not that great. But at least I would be a tad more comfortable. |
Vista SP2 installed without major issues. I was sweating for a bit wondering if it was going to bork out but downloading the full install from the Microsoft site seemed to resolve the issues I was dealing with in Windows Update. Now to get my other laptop running Ubuntu and stop using this thing.

Great Weekend
Thanks Fozz for putting the dinner together. Had a great time.
Thanks Olton Hall for the cocktail hour. Thanks xyzzy for lunch. Thanks mnmag and Babu and wife for extending me the invitation to spend the night at your homes and driving me around NJ. I had a great flight from SFO-EWR and I sat in 14A with the seat next to me empty. I had great hopes in getting F Class on my way home today. It was a breeze getting thru security (love the employee line) and the GA was ok. I was told that I wouldn't be seated until 30 minutes prior so I disappeared until that time. I went up to my GA and asked if I had any choices in which seat I could have. He looked at me and said what do you want and laughted at all of my answers. I did get 12D with the center seat empty and then he asked if I could change to 14D so that a couple could sit together. I kept teasing him that I really prefered 3F that was going to a lucky elite. Anyway I get to my seat 14D, stow my bag and all of a sudden this guy comes up the aisle and says "Are you a CO employee"....I had visions of my wonderful emergency aisle reclining seat being exchanged (to 24E) so that this guy could have my seat. I nodded yes and he said, "This is your lucky day. Take my seat so that I can sit with my wife." 3F Service was great, my seat partner didn't mind getting up for me and I didn't have to eat the cereal. And we arrived on time so I could make it to my son's soccer game. To everyone at the Shogun Dinner, it was a pleasure to meet you, see you again and I can't wait for another mini-do. |

I have two 24" Princeton monitors from Costco. I'd never go back to a single monitor, and never go back to anything smaller. I'd base the 24/25 decision on the resolution & other specs, not the sizes.
SDC flight options show at 24 hours and are confirmable at 12 hours, right? |

I flew the Q200 today, I LOVED IT!
I like the personal air vents on it, and the crew was pretty good. That thing is loud to some people? I'd like to see them fly on a dc3  It was nice being the only elite however. |

No. You'll only actually see the options for your specific flights at 12 hours from THOSE flight times. And they all have to be within 24 hours of the original flight time.

The three of us are doing EWR-FLL on June 13. Barring 72 hours of cascading sickout delays thanks to the pilot union, my fiancee is on the 715a, and my mother and I are on the 1130a. (I made a booboo and booked her on a flight that conflicts with my teaching exam - :o) Should my fiancee wait until 12 hours to OLCI and pay $50 then? I don't usually change tickets, so SDC is that much more  and  to me. I could make the entire situation go away by giving her a PClub pass, but she'd rather understandably fly with us.
