Trust me it was a hard flight to get on. I should have phoned a friend and said I would switch days with him.

Wow! $2K is a lot to 'forgo' -- you chose the hotel & food, instead?

Yep, it's a tough job to catch up on the box if you're not on-line!

No the 2K was in addition to the hotel and food vouchers. All that to stay in Houston for two days more!!! What I should have found out is if they could have gotten me to AMA, Midland, or Abiliene (this was 2007). I can't complain as I have made north of 3500 with CO for bumps and never arrived home a day later. In fact the last $400 was for a 10 minute delay in the end as my OKC flight arrived late and within 10 mins of my flight into TUL. :)

I am hoping for a bump on my next OKC flight so that I can ask to be moved over to the TUL flight and go the the airport of my next morning flight!!!

You're going to get the img tag banned.

Likely what he was talking about is that the integration between Chase and WaMu hasn't happened and won't for a while. But, there are legacy-WaMu branches in AUS so you should have access to your account, you just have to go to the right branches.

I was in AUS a few months ago and had to deal with an issue with my WaMu account and they referred me to a particular branch.

In the grander scale, it's short term as they should have combined ops by the end of the year.

You may very well be right. This Chase branch had lots of signs saying WaMu is now Chase, so it might have been a WaMu branch previously.

I'm actually glad that image posting is allowed now. It's quite helpful in some areas, like the hotel fora, where reviews can be easily supplemented by actual photos now.

Ranks up there with the women who used to come in my father's store when I worked there during the summer who kept their cash in their bra. They had no qualms about pulling it down some and reaching in there to dig out a few bills. And the hotter it was outside, the more they sweated, and the wetter that money would be when they handed it to you to buy something.

Image those same women at a So Cal theme park on a hot July afternoon. They've been on several flume rides with that really clean, sweet smelling water. Then they pull out a wad of singles to buy a unicorn pop.

Then you have a picture of how I spent my youth. :(:(

The only Chase branches in CA are former WaMu branches. Chase didn't exist in the Western states until it acquired WaMu.
