What does buying the ticket have to do with it if you're saying that they will let me in?

1) Airlines such as Ryanair and Spirit serve a great service to the rest of us. If anything, they help reduce price gouging by the legacies and give the Kettles an airline of choice.

2) A business class ticket typically gets you lounge access in the EU. Then you can, of course, cancel and refund the ticket. :)

On Stephen Avenue, just up from this intersection, there is a wine/beer merchant on the right (head down a set of stairs) that has an incredible selection of beer and wine at great prices. I have never gotten Unibroue that cheap.

It was. I got a few strange looks from the lady at the restaurant/bar at the Four Seasons HKG, but she mixed me a killer Singapore Sling, nonetheless.

Sorry about any confusion, I just found your original question now. The money is now in the bank! Boeing appreciates your distribution of the pork.

That is because a thread is a thread regardless of content, it is just that some content may be fake :)

IIRC, I never claimed they would let you in as an arrivals passenger. In response to CO 1E's inquiry regarding whether it could be accessed from the non-schengen area without having to clear customs, I answered yes. You'll still need a valid method of entry.

Arrivals passenger + club membership =?

1. Agreed, but with a caveat. NK does not seem to fancy themselves in that WN-esque model that makes economics trend lower. They are by far usually the most expensive ticket for the least amount of yielded goodness.

2. I've never done buy and refund before. (Shameful, I know.) I'm not sure I want my first experience with it to be in a foriegn land.

I was truly amazed by the UA-esque protection. I wonder if they really did hand that over to UA. :D

Gee, thanks. :) It didn't look dangerous either time and besides, you only live once.

Wow, that made me fall out of my chair.

mornin' box. I'm finally caught up on the box. As sbm12 said, it was a good weekend in PTY.

Dunno if it would be guaranteed, as I'm not sure KL has a policy similar to CO's, where you can access the lounge as a member, even when not flying. Safest (& cheapest) way is to buy a refundable one-way biz ticket. The biz ticket gets you access, and you can refund it after you leave the lounge. It will just eat up a portion of your available credit limit for the 7-10 days it takes for the refund to process.

Good point, but like WN they have done a commendable job convincing the marketplace that they are the best source for cheap tickets.
