Their shell-flat seats and service on the A332 get very good reviews.

hey, I just call it as I see it. It looks plebeian to me, it reminds me of the AF J seat.

It's not even quite as sophisticated as the AF J seat.

Just made my tentative booking for XMas/New Year's...

IAH-DTW-CDG (Stopover)

CDG-BCN

BCN-MAD-JFK-IAH

90K mi. per ticket. ^

Hopefully the Significant Otter will be able to swing 6 days of vacation time once she gets her residency.

Are you spending time in BCN and MAD ?

Thanks...I needed a laugh. Residents, with vacation time at the holidays. That's rich.

And what are you flying JFK-IAH on that routing??

What the heck is that?

Who would pay for that?

That is your basic intra-EU F. The just block the middle seat with a table-like device and move the armrests a bit to make the seat feel wider.

BTW, this is also how at least KL and AF intra-EU F is. I guess the main benefits of this is that it also includes lounge access and flexible bookings.

Just CDG and BCN, assuming we even get to go.

LOL. Hopefully there won't be any surgeries scheduled between XMas and New Year's. She claims they get two weeks vacation per year, and residents are generally encouraged to take their vacation in large chunks (rather than piecemeal, as 3-day weekends).

JFK-IAH is a DL CR9.

Dunno. Guess it priced out like a DL TATL award, somehow. Not going to complain, though. :D

ETA - BCN-MAD is in Y, as there was no J availability. I'm not really concerned about a 300mi flight, though. Everything else is confirmed in J. AF TATL on the way over, UX on the way back.

All seems well so far, thanks. ^ If I land one of two prospects that I currently have, that will boost my stock tremendously, but one thing at a time. :)

Did you call DL to make the booking? I may have to do this...

I thought it had to be on DL metal for the 90k to apply - I guess codeshares work, as well. Interesting.

There's no codeshares involved. It booked as AF 375 on DTW-CDG and UX 91 MAD-JFK.

Quick, everyone go make TATL Reward bookings with no CO Segments and at least one domestic DL Segment, to see if there's a glitch in the system. Hope Scott isn't lurking. :D
