Yeah, I have quite a complicated situation so I take mine to an accountant every year. $80, 1 hour of my time, and my stuff is in the mail.

Oh how I wish CO was a little more competitive on EWR-DSM flights. I really don't want to fly NW... :(

Oddly, taking Federal Income Tax does not necessarily qualify one for filling out a 1040. I can tell you what Gross Income is, and how to arrive at taxable income working from there, but that doesn't necessarily translate into filling out a 1040. My Tax Prof. used TurboTax. :rolleyes:

I drew the same assignment - my job is to pick the trips and get destination approval upon explaining why we're going there, and to plan nearly everything subject to personal limitations (heights, potential for vomit, making sure she's heard of a majority of the menu contents, ERJ avoidance, etc.) She knows I like to do it and that I'm good at it, so it's cool provided she says yes to the plan right away...but she takes everything I give her and looks it up herself. It seems to be more than FT with issues. I was with out internet this morning until about 30 minutes ago. Yesterday I had troubles with internet access on my cell phone. Full data bars but unable to connect.

I recently switched to a 20" Travel Pro and I'm generally happy with it. My one big complaint you would not have since your taller and will pull the handle out to the full extension. It's a pain for me to get it set to the next setting down.

I do not think Twitter is for everyone, I use it occasionally to tweet, but I definitely consume more than I put out there. With the podcast that I'm doing, it's a bit of a necessity.

I'm not a good blogger. I used to write research papers all the time in college so my blog posts come out as blunt, short, and too the point, which is not the way everyone likes to read. I'm working on it though, if I ever have to write a book it will probably turn out to be 50 pages with every paragraph accompanied by multiple graphs and charts.

You sound like a engineer with all of these graphs and charts.

We too have a shared document with all of the passwords and such, but ours thankfully is much easier. We're both, for the moment, only CO and HH whores.

He has become a SPG point whore. He jumped all over a deal one of the Sheratons in NYC is running for Auto Show attendees that offers triple Starpoints. He was even more excited when I reminded him that that particular hotel is giving the bonus 500 points per night, in addition to the regular 500 points per night, as part of the Night After Night promotion. That means he's getting triple base points, plus 1,000 bonus points per night for that stay. He was quite thrilled with that… and now he's lusting after SPG elite status.

This coming from the guy that two years ago was telling me "I don't really care about nice hotels — just give me something that's clean and affordable."
