How so. They do have warstiner though. |
Did I dream that the LiveTV plane is doing the IAH - SMF routes?
I'm booked on a 739 on that route in a couple weeks. Any idea what the probability of winning that lottery will be? |

Y on LH is worse than Y on CO.
Just an FYI so you can choose wisely, grasshopper. |

Their food service involves nothing edible. Their pitch is 31" and their seats are very narrow. I'm not a big guy, but I affectionately refer to LH Y as the "one arse cheek seat." The alignment of the seats with the pax service consoles are usually way off. I think there's a video on youtube someone posted about the deplorable conditions of LH Y. It's like steerage. |

Speaking of German, if you haven't checked the updated "thinking" link in my sig. block, now might be a good time to do it.

Boeing Factory tour is cool but if your into WWI and WWII planes there is another museum then go to the Flying Heritage Collection (www.flyingheritage.com) on Boeing Field. You get a discount with your Boeing tour admission. Also there is a Smitsonian restoration center on Boeing Field with a small hanger of private and commercial aircraft in various states of restore. Admission is by donation. Here is the link to that facility: http://www.museumofflight.org/collec...ft-restoration. They are restoring a Dehavilland Comet there in Aero Mexico colors I believe. You get to walk through that one. There's also the Me 262 project where they actually produce Me 262 now!! Also by Payne Field http://www.stormbirds.com/project/index.html Free admission, but a donation is appreciated. |

It looks like F is already full on LH403! |
I've got quite a bit of long and midhaul Y scheduled before I'm rescued by the Honeymoon flights. IAH-CDG-STR, IAH-AMS, and PHL-STT-CLT (US Y, No Less!). Hopefully I'll end up getting upgraded on my EWR-LIM segments, else I'll have to add those to the list.

ALCO - are you renting a car in STR or is there enough public transportation to get around?

It depends on whether it's a 744 or 346. If a 346 I'll probably do Y because I can handle it. Not so much on the 744.
Whats going in in FRA that CO 50 is nearly full this far out? |

Wow - that is bad...
The plane to stay away from will be the 747. They will never get AVOD and it's pretty tight back there. The 747s will be retired soon anyways and replaced by A380 and 748i. |
