It'll save you lots of time in ALB also because I've never, ever seen anyone use it, despite the 3 people manning the lane.

That ranks up there with LIT, which was one of the earliest airports to offer Clear. Yet it's still not available at most of the major hubs in the US, where it potentially might be worthwhile.

That is the first positive review of Clear I've heard! I'm glad to know it works somewhere.

I think MCO is the ONLY airport where Clear is useful. Though, even without it, i've made it through in less than 15 minutes. I can spare 15 minutes not to sacrifice too much private info.

Good for them.

It just adds to my suspicion that DL may be getting to ambitious and creating its own demise. But I could be wrong, and they may be wildly successful with those flights, as well as things like the 757s to Africa.

Do they even have the route authority to fly the route? I didn't think Australia went to an open skies model.

I'm still trying to figure that out. It's not like 75s can do much cargo, so they clearly aren't expecting to make any money there.

Is there really such a market for travel to all these random African destinations? Can they really fill those flights enough to make $$ or is it fulfilling a dream of having map that has lines all over it.

I wonder if Glenn is a Flightmemory fan, that would explain a LOT.

I'm pretty sure I would be a disaster as an airline CEO. The fleet would consist primarily of Yaks, Tupolevs, Ilyushins, Semi-Obscure British-Built props and turboprops, et. al. The route map would make Pan Am's in its heyday look positively quaint.

See's candy isn't a local San Francisco candy anymore? Oh well, they still have an outlet store near SFO airport. They make the best peanut brittle.

And this is why Airline Mogul was created. :)

I know it isn't Multiplayer, but has anyone ever taken a look at Airline V.6? That's one seriously detailed simulation.

I used to play Airbucks back in the day. It was basic, but fun.

They've been down here in SAN for a long time, insofar as I know.

I loved Airbucks. And loved it even more once I figured out how to run three airlines into the ground and then sell off all their assets to the fourth for next to nothing, and make that airline insanely profitable.

Good to know I wasn't the only one that played all four airlines as Gordon Gekko.

While this flight is sexy, will they be able to generate enough profit without the seats and cargo of a 744?

More importantly, when are reward seats available?
