Well done. The way my year will play out, I will have redeemed a total of 8 days at the HR Waikiki during 2010 from the various FFN promos (February, April, July and August stays). Given that the RC there provides food and complimentary evening cocktails, it is a good redemption place. ^

It's especially true right now.

It would help if this client would stop using the term "faculty load" to mean 25 different things. If they'd stick to using the correct terminology for the correct software functionality, they'd be a lot less confused.

This client also has someone in the academic affairs area that was retirement eligible a very, very long time ago. This software implementation would be a lot smoother if she'd go ahead and retire. She's a great person, but well past the point she should have left the institution.

I love being able to mute a conference call that needs no input from me while I do household chores, like loading the dishwasher.

Now they've realized I'm not needed and are releasing me from the call.
