The worst weather (if it can be called that) that I was ever in was 135 degrees and 8% humidity at al-Udeid, Qatar. I worked swing shifts while there, and at the start of the shift at 1400 it would be 120-130 degrees, and by 2330 we'd be freezing because it went down to 95. :rolleyes:

After my last qualification round, I did some situational shooting (center mass and head shots - the latter only in case someone's firing at you but behind an obstacle). The four shots into the chin of the target was my exact clue to the flaw I then identified with the Glock (part of my support hand against the square trigger guard pulling shots down).

Was doing situational from 7 yards - we've talked about it being a bad habit that resulted in me consistently being inches off intended target. And you aim just below forehead, as the forehead apparently creates a ricochet risk with small arms (who knew).

I still need to figure out how to route a MR through SFO to see the mole in native habitat.
