Do you guys count a state if you merely transit via airport? I guess technically you are *there* but you really haven't seen any of the area.... Of course, if you collect airport visits, that's an entirely different thing!

I can't go 2 blocks without hitting a hill around my home. I did a route that starts out on a highway but then becomes a back road with a mix of farmsteads, cows and pretty, newer homes. Gradual hills abound, but I rewarded myself with my leftover sundae from the other night.:D

The interesting trend of the week continues. Ever since the abortive attempt to introduce a Box to the UA forum, which may or may not be a coincidence, the ratio of Box views to posts has been closing steadily towards 10. Recently, more than 60000 additional views would have been needed to being it to exactly 10.0. Now, it's less than 2000. (207,109 vs 2,068,243).

Big chance for US.

Avis this morning (well after 0100, all counters were supposed to be closed at BOI) gave me a brand-new Hyundai Sonata. Roomy, XM, power, and apparently gets 35 mpg. Very impressed.

I used to visit Fort Collins, CO when I was helping USDA-APHIS with some of their business processes - I drove to Cheyenne for dinner to mark WY off my list.
