It was a wild and crazy night last night. All flights were delayed for several hours inbound, which in itself isn't that bad but we had to deal with the customer from he!!. She and her husband failed to remove their carry on from the plane and of course she knew someone stole the bag when we couldn't find it. Made a general baggage area page asking for it's return. For some reason she decided to get all ghetto when we asked for the black bag's return. Husband told us it was a black bag but "ghetto mama" took offense when she claimed it was another color. The volume of her voice and her anger caused us to call the police to have her removed from our office. She was removed and told to fill her claim over the phone. We spent the rest of the night chanting "Call the PoPo" while we finished up documenting claims and sending bags out for delivery. :D |

You know when you have a bizarre dream that makes no sense? Well I was awake when my daughter came over with the potential inlaw and family including the daughter who used to work in the local strip club with her see-through pants. Plus the b'friends 3 year old and a dog. I couldn't post what they talked about:o:o
