My inner grammar Nazi has been aroused at least five times this evening by hearing "I could care less." No, you could not care less. Could care less implies you care, and you apparently care to a certain degree, because you could care less than you do. Could not care less means you don't care at all, and your level of caring is so low that it could not be any less than it is.
