Check the breakers for both of those items. I'm assuming they are 220 VAC? Sometimes flipping the breaker off and then back on will reset one that doesn't appear to have tripped. Central ACs take about 10 minutes to reset when the power is cut to them. They also have a disconnect panel next to the outside unit that has fuses with them which could have blown but that won't explain the stove.
Thank you Sir. Back up and running. |

I beat you only by a week!
I have been searching all morning for missing PC Passes and Travel coupons via CHase!! Thankfully I found them!! I also made a reward reservation at the Seelbach Hilton Hotel in Louisville, KY. I went online to double check the "price" of my stay. Hotel is now sold out!! WOW!! Seems I may have gotten one of the last rooms in the property for free!! SCORE!! |

I really expected more from Ghana in the second half, playing a man up.
Looking at hotel options in Glasgow for the final night of our trip. One of the hotels offers, "...complimentary minibar and decanters of Gin, Sherry and Whisky." They're definitely in the running. :D

Now to the real problem of the day; just used the last grains of coffee, having forgotten to buy any when out last evening. Maybe a foil packet or two from a hotel can be located to delay inevitable, but in spite of wanting to just stay home, looks like an HEB run is on the horizon.

If I recall correctly, take the promo code and the pin and putin the certificate line in the booking option on CO.com. This way you should be able to redeem online. I have found though that sometimes the coupons increase the fare to get to the right fare class. :( Bad CHASE! |
Bad idea to read the paper on the far side of the deck with barefeet. Major ouch getting back inside:(

I just called the support desk. She mentioned that they have been hit or miss in the ability to use them. She also mentioned that they are basically useless as they have such a high fare class to book into. :)

It's not as someone I knew who bought a book of generic restaurant order slips and receipts at OfficeMax. She then "ate" at Won Ching China Palace every week she went to a certain client for a year to recover a variety of travel expenses that were not allowed by that client's travel and expense policy. Apparently Won Ching was a legitimate business in the town that was cash only, and gave customers an order slip with a tear-off receipt on the bottom.
