Such sentiment from a fellow former blue suit is much appreciated, but I, like you, was a part-timer. Deploying was nothing else if not gratifying, because it meant that I got to put all the training to use.

And what do you really thing of them?

I really hate the Nigerians, but those Eastern European scumbags that write those fake virus programs that change the exe association in the registry deserve a special circle of hell. Even better, maybe the same circle as the Nigerian scammers, who would be trying to steal their money for eternity.

yuppers.

As you should have (assuming you were on an international departure). If wholly domestic then you're not even supposed to get the drink chits.

I am posting my aim reply.

Post of the year. The only thing ibwould have added is something like "I could buy you 5 million times over."

So did the guys in the weeds say "Hold off on the IED till they pass; they're just deployed ANG"?

You get a T-Mobile card (they even say President's Club members on them) but no drink coupons.

She did give me the WiFi card after I pointed out it is on the card, but she said INP for drinks. I have received them before, but I can't remember where.

Good Afternoon, Box.

I'm getting ready to a meeting with 15+ people talking about their development priorities for the next 4 months. It's going to be tough. Meanwhile, MrsC is looking after little CJr, who is running a fever since last night. Hopefully it's just a cold.

Happy Memorial Day to you all. ^

Quick question:

tjtenor4 is trying to do a mileage upgrade for his parents, who are flying DEN-IAH-DCA on CO on 6/24. (He's a Platinum and they have no status.) It says that the upgrades are waitlisted.

I've never done this for anyone else besides myself, so am not sure a) do the mileage upgrades come out of different fare buckets, b) what is the priority order (i.e. is it purely by the status of the traveler, rather than the upgrader?), and c) if this clears, will it happen at any point between now and the 24th, or perhaps within a certain window?

Thanks...

As a thank you for being in the first group to sample the new Chick-Fil-A sandwich, Chick-Fil-A gave me a coupon for another free sandwich. I like this form of customer commitment ;)

All mileage/EUA upgrades from from the R bucket. The upgrade is prioritized based on the status of the miles, not the passenger, so in this case they are Platinum. There is no particular window at which the upgrades could clear; it can happen at any time.

Fair point, but you probably know the old joke about the Air Force. We go to war while staying in hotels.

ETA: Inattention to detail - - this was Box Post 15,000.
