BP has already lost a number of suits with regard to safety and lost wages during the Texas City debacle.

If people lose their case then I hate to say it but that's the way system works. Circumventing that to enact revenge is not justice.

He's gonna have to or lose a decent number of customers.

KVS Tool is not affected by the recent changes to the ANA website, so KVS Tool members (incl. Anglo Large Clawed Otter) continue to enjoy uninterrupted access to Star Alliance award/upgrade availability.

Yes, because if they don't the lawsuits will come flooding in, which, may actually put more pressure on them financially. Imagine that.

There are legal ways to rectify situations. What happened yesterday was not one of those ways.

I'm not sure the region can afford to wait for the legal process to run until its end. :-:

Plus, there could be a benefit to BP from this. I assume that if people take money from this fund they will give up their right to sue.

Indeed, I should've checked before stating that. Looks like a number of sources are still working just fine. My apologies. Hopefully they don't change that aspect of usage.

Now showing in limited release on the National Geographic Channel: Return of the Lesser-Crested Copa.

I'm aware of the fact that the term "high and tight" is a military term of art. However, the sentence "Buzz the sides at a 1 and leave about a third of the length on top" is decidedly not a member of that grammatical category.

Haircut FAIL.

ETA: Fiancee just walked in and said that I look like a Stage 1 chemo patient. "Lesser-Crested Copa" sounded so much better.

I suspect he has a script that alerts him whenever KVS comes up in a thread.

Wait, didn't this happen before? Which is worse — this cut, or the "onion" you had a while back?

I'm slowly beginning to recover from the effects of a recent transition to Anglo Short Haired Otter. :-:

I'm not sure that your assumption has any factual basis.

This one. At least the onion was just a poor ratio of buzz to top. And yes, my formerly regular girl on the Shore is guilty of the onion cut and of the bad cut in 2004 where the fade line in my fade was not straight, which led my friends to greet me with their heads on an angle. Today was a place I'd never been...and I don't suspect I'll be returning since I took out my Blackberry and Googled "high and tight" while still in her chair.

Not sure it can get much worse than the "onion."
