Heh, if I were Hilton's marketing department I would put a hit out on that person.

We'll still see you tonight, right?;)

Perhaps not. I'm on the verge of packing it in and going home. I think my stunt of sleeping in airports this past weekend has precipitated a mono flare-up.

Their level of apathy outweighs their desire to call Vladimir and take care of the problem.

In any case, feel better. Get lots o' rest and fluids. Need me to bring anything over to you? I'm going to be in your area later this afternoon.

Nicest Hampton I've run across is in BOI. Really stellar property, though the rooms were a bit tiny.

Some of the newer ones are really great. The newer one in Lubbock, as well as locations I've stayed at in Del Rio, Montrose, CO, Nacogdoches, and Port Arthur all fit into that category. I've had rooms in those that were nicer than the rooms I've had in many full-service properties that cost a lot more. You can still see the cost-cutting measures such as smaller towels, plastic cups, cheaper bathroom amenities, and such, but the quality of the furnishings and the beds were right on par with those in much more expensive hotels.

Danke for the offer, but teh pantry is well stocked, and I just need sleep. Keeping eyes open right now is a mission.

That sucks. Go home and get some rest and see how you feel in a few hours. But don't knock yourself out to come tonight if you're not up for it.

No problem. If you need anything, just ask. I will be at Richmond and Montrose later today, so stopping by the Kroger won't be a problem.

Nice to know about the Montrose CO one, as I'll be there next week. The Del Rio Hampton Inn was nothing to complain about.

I don't eat baked items from any hotel's breakfast offerings.
