Who, pray tell, is configuring it like that? A Hajj special?

Just a Boeing rendering in one of their technical documents. It is similar to the all-Y A380s that have supposedly been ordered. Not fun at all.

I'm still trying to figure out the CO 787 seat map based on the published capacity. I'm sure I've done some of the math wrong somewhere along the way and it is bothering me. I've gone to the detailed technical documentation to try to figure it out better. Yes, I am that big of a dork.

The fact that CO is no longer blocking the exit row seats on the 73Gs and 735s irks me a little. Non-elites book the non-ELR seats, so if one is traveling in a pair and want one person to have the ELR seat, the pair can't sit together.

For those that play with DL what have you choosen as your Sky Benefit?

I can do:

4 SWUs

Comped Silver Status to someone

20K in Miles

4 SC passes

$200 in marriot or Tiffany Gift Cards

I am leaning towards the Passes....

I would go with the 20k in miles or $200 TCV.

While my car is old and beat up, it has been paid off since late 2000. I'm more than happy to go to the Pull-A-Part to get replacement parts for a few bucks - that's how I got a new front end when the car was totaled.

I am to the point of having one bio that gets copied and slightly modified for different settings.

Brit is not getting any M-UP love on her IAH-ANC flights yet. I check every day, but no upgrades showing...:(

They might get replaced by formerly battleship-gray A319/320's. And the only catering in F will be veggie burgers.

As part of my feasibility study for a potential trip to BKK I discovered AirAsia for intra-BKK and possibly BKK-HKG segments. Then I discovered the 29" pitch. I think that's a INP.:-:

I would as well - I'm referring to cases where I can get the body work for a new front end for under $100, or the components to repair my parking brake for less than $20 (instead of the almost $600 quoted for parts and labor).

alternator :(
Really not as expensive as I expected however, and I realize now it has been partially working for a while, the DC outlet was not working all the time before.

Hi, Box.

Quick stop in my room to recharge my battery. Heh. Camera battery. Been up since 5AM walking and driving around taking photos. Watched some French guys climbing El Capitan. Crazy. It was nice not to have the gazillion people around for while, but now, they're baaaaack. Another beautiful day here. Must remember the sun screen today. Time to hike.^

Fly Orient Thai on BKK-HKG. You can haz a classic 747 (-100/200/300 is possible).

My voltage regulator in the alternator went up while I was driving to the airport to fly to KOA - it could always be worse.
