One thing to consider on the 73Gs is the reduction in cargo and Y seats. They could have swapped it a long time ago, but didn't. That leads me to believe the back and belly of the plane is what drives a 752 to stay on the route. A 50 seat reduction is substantial when most of your revenue comes from it.
Cargo could well be keeping it at 752, and high Y prices are a function of soft front cabin demand and of the scarcity of US-Peru seats on network carriers. |

I checked teh Guru: 51 seats lost if the swap is made -- 12/112 from 16/159.

Exit, Stage Left
Dear Office, Will the person who left their Diet Coke in the freezer please come to the kitchen to clean up the mess made by your exploded Coke-cicle. Thank you. Office person |
Making some small changes to a reward itinerary. I'm scared.

What the .
Looking at flights out to SFO at the end of June and there are flights where the seat map shows the entire F cabin open yet there are no B-ups. What the what. For every flight that week I don't see one available M/B up, in either direction.:mad::rolleyes: |

Success! Moved to an earlier JNB-CPT flight and moved to a better routing home from JFK (on US ). For some reason, every time I make a chance to this itinerary, it takes them about 25-30 minutes to figure the taxes.
