Merrill is owned by BoA as well so it's all a wash.

Not too much to complain about there ^

:rolleyes::rolleyes:Yo:rolleyes::rolleyes:Box :rolleyes::rolleyes:,

I need a nudge: should I fly CO/US/UA with a connection SAT-LAX to my West coast gareway for my Summer trip (which is all in J or F)? Or, take the direct UA flight in Y? I thought that the seat would be all that matters, but now I am looking at the connections, adding 3++ hours onto travel time, not to mention backtracking to/fro IAH, and I think that I might need to bite the bullet and fly direct, shorter in UA Y....?!?!

The F/J seat trumps a non-stop, and three hours in IAH offers ample time to sample the goods of the PClub. :-:

Just suggested to any CO and UAers lurking that the carriers should implement an immediate day-of-departure, at-the-airport E+/ELR reciprocity for Elites upon merger announcement.

Oh yeah, because that is clearly the largest technical hurdle to overcome in this merger attempt. :rolleyes:

The brick does not love you.

None of you all would have know about that if it wasn't for me.

Actually, my suggestion sidesteps all technical hurdles for the time being - one memo to each of UA CSRs, CO CSRs, CO RES, and UA RES should be sufficient to implement my idea. I mean, it'd only formalize what many are currently experiencing in their travels anyways.
