How much does one tip a fore caddy when golfing? Is it variable based on just how bad a golfer you are?

In other news, I confirmed my tee time at Coeur d'Alene resort for Tuesdya morning. :D

Clearly you haven't spent too much time in the Central Valley. I'd rather be a NY/WI cow, if a) I were a cow, and b) I had a choice.

It's ridiculous the number of cows there. We have a cheese plant that takes in something in excess of 4 million pounds of milk every day. Given that a productive cow makes about 100 pounds/day, that's a lot of cows.

I did see happy cows in California. Once. Driving south from Half Moon Bay on CA-1, there was some pasture land between the highway and the ocean.

We get 250MB on our Outlook accounts. Up until about 3 years ago when we upgraded away from E2000, we were at 50MB.

COWS at half moon bay? Are you sure it wasn't a gateway store some years ago? :D
