In some of the east coast ponds / lakes, one can land monster fish with Cheetos (no, I'm not making that up) on a sunny day.

I like fishing -- as much as I haven't done all that much of it!;) One of my son's fondest memories is, at age 5, fishing in the Amazon for piranha -- and mom being the one to bait, unhook, etc. -- while his dad just watched!:rolleyes::D

W:cool:W! You are a cool mom!

I remember trout fishing in Baffin Bay (south of Corpus Christi, TX) after a hurricane came through and cleaned out the brine-like red tide. We got so tired of catching fish two at a time we cut off one of the two lures on the leader. :-:

Socks sliding down sneakers and iTouch pulling down shorts made for an interesting run.

All you get are lawyers, eh?

In the beginning of the week, yes. The weddings and the theater performances make up for it for the most part.

Those are days like the one where I hit three pins (3rd, 4th, and 7th or 8th) in the front nine of a golf round. I know now (after not swinging a club since 2006) this will never occur again.

I had the same question but didn't articulate - I was trying to come up with scenarios (e.g., "related to storm drainage?").

What a day. That'll teach me to go on vacation.

I should note I seemed to have passed ConciergeMike for total FT posts sometime today  Given I spend the next three days deciding the status of a university's accreditation, I believe this will be remedied.

The only good thing about my current career step is everyone goes on vacation at the same time (by definition).
