The new Healthy Choice Oven Roasted Chicken is surprisingly tasty.

I can't even imagine how miserable I would be if I had seasonal allergies. It would be a worst experience than having to fly US Air :p

I should note I seemed to have passed ConciergeMike for total FT posts sometime today  Given I spend the next three days deciding the status of a university's accreditation, I believe this will be remedied.

Speaking of scouts, I do have a "thank you for ordering cookies from my daisy troop" note on my fridge. Ex-girlfriend noticed yesterday and I love little things in the house that confuse others ;)

I have had to do several manual interventions with my Hyatt account to make points post properly recently, bu the corrections seem to post in real time.

The top floor units have decks, many with plumbing for watering the flowers and such. One of them had a burst elbow over the winter and when they turned the water back on this weekend it started running. A lot. I really don't want to know what the impact to our water bill will be. I think that this happened in the one building that doesn't pay for actual consumption so I'm hopeful. I removed the old elbow and the "patch" putty that was used by the previous super to "fix" it. And then I put a new elbow back in place, all without burning down the building which is more impressive than it sounds when you consider that the piping was right up against the foam of a stucco facade and I was using a blowtorch.
And the skylights are leaking so I was up on top of the stairwell bulkhead to peel off old caulk, clean the joints and apply new caulk. Hopefully that works as we really don't want to spend the cash to replace the skylights. |

We need a Marriott property up here in a bad way. And I'm not expecting a JW or anything; a bloody Fairfield Inn would do nicely. Or, if the hotel gods were feeling particularly generous, a Springhill Suites.

In addition to the generic Zyrtec, I buy generic Benadryl. Walgreens sells the latter in 200-count bottles
