I'm conflicted. Brought my AF A380 model to the office but now undecided whether to leave it sealed in box or actually set it up.

For as much as you make fun of Teh French, I'm surprised you didn't buy EK or LH. You do, after all, hold a Star Alliance status.

No. I'm not speaking to him for his failure to provide me with some peace and quiet. :D

On a nice note, daughter made Easter Dinner and she, son and their friend came to visit me at work last night with a dinner plate. ^ Of course when I finally made it home I walked into a kitchen complete with dirty dinner dishes, which are still there.

Your institution doesn't tell you not to exceed a certain amount of travel spend?

Sorry to hear that the kids are hangin' about!:(

Have to be grateful for the little things that come your way!;)

The prelim summer bid (work) schedule is out and rarely are there any changes to it, so it looks like I will remain in the Baggage Service department but will now be working 5 nights a week, with Sunday/Monday off.

One of these days I'll get back to working the gates.

I do hold BD Gold but I happened to be on AF the day in question.

I have a set amount I can spend any way I want (used for Omaha, and much of Boston), then I have funds in the department which are based upon the revenue I generate (used for MSY), professional development funds for teaching online (already allocated), then I start seeking other sources (e.g. the remainder of Boston/Cambridge is heavily subsidized by a grant). Get the word of the institution out in a good way and the standard "faculty development allowance" is a starting point.

I'm going home to do more writing before I head to Louisiana tomorrow. Ex-girlfriend is editing more chapters of manuscript.
