Looks like I have been upgrade to a "Deluxe Oceanview room" at teh Sheraton Princess Kaiulani for tomorrow night.
I checked the SPG T&C's and teh Westin Pricneville is on the No Upgrade list :( |

Has anyone experienced "special" recognition at an SPG property that could have only come from information obtained during a past stay at a different SPG property? This weekend, at the W NY - The Tuscany (our first time at this property), the front desk staff acknowledged my wife by her first (full) name. Her name was no where on the reservation and is not listed in my SPG profle, so we were pretty surprised by this. I can only assume that this information came from a previous stay at a property overseas where they would have checked her passport. |
