Has anyone experienced "special" recognition at an SPG property that could have only come from information obtained during a past stay at a different SPG property? This weekend, at the W NY - The Tuscany (our first time at this property), the front desk staff acknowledged my wife by her first (full) name. Her name was no where on the reservation and is not listed in my SPG profle, so we were pretty surprised by this. I can only assume that this information came from a previous stay at a property overseas where they would have checked her passport. |

I am spend the first night in Honolulu, the next 3 night in Princeville, Kauai and will have a car in Kauai and the final night back in Honolulu. I don’t have one single thing planned out :eek: |
