Did anyone else who booked the CM MEX fares do so on Orbitz? When prompted for my "Copa Airlines OnePass Number" I input my standard CO number. Anyone else do this and/or have any issues doing this?

US has morphed my 734 into a 733. With only half the number of exit row seats, my hopes of moving into one of those are gone. :( Fortunately the middle seats are almost all empty, including the one next to me. I'm going to be mad if someone ends up in that seat.

Out of 8 chairs in the business center at the CLT Concourse B US club, not a single one of them isn't broken in some way.

They did get fouled up a bit asking for the tail number, just did not understand this request, I don't think think it was a lack of understanding what is said as much as the purpose of giving it. People in Panama also know quite a bit of English, and no need to exchange money, as they take US dollars more than gladly, it is quite accepting, I talked to several natives in english. Now, the canal was neat, we got booted out for some official event however, they were doing a big party setup and had the HD TV cams coming in as we left, but if you go near the end of the day you can get in free and not pay the $8 ticket fee. However you will probably want to see it, for longer. It is certainly an engineering feat. They have a wider than normal gauged railroad along the Panama Canal as well, at least the tracks we saw that were out of commission seemed wider than the normal tracks here. |

handy tip, carry a respirator with you to MEX, you may need it to get past the never ending sewer gas smell.
I thought it was one of us in the room having an issue, till we walked out of the hilton and the whole terminal smelled like sewer. A step outside was like burnt (yehaw Mackieman!) fuel and sewer combined. Upon takeoff from MEX over on the left, I saw much of the source of this, factories billowing out black and white smokes with no end. Made me appreciate some of our standards at least. |
