Evening, Box. Once again, I need the collective wisdom of the Box.

Went to EWR today to purchase my EWR-ORD-MCO flights (I used a $100 UA Customer Relations cert., and flights are in 2 weeks, so had to redeem at airport). First UA mainline flights purchased in 10 years, so felt odd in a way.

Now, onto the important question: How do I maximize my chances of getting E+ for gratis? The ticket agent at EWR wouldn't bite when I asked for it during ticketing. Currently, I have no seats assigned at all, and while EWR-ORD still has some E- aisles and windows available, ORD-MCO is down to just 5 E- middle seats. Both flights are op'd with A320s, and apparently have lots of E+ seats still available. Feel free to PM if you're more comfortable sharing your insights that way.

Easy, just deploy "Le grande noir disco baton" at the ticket counter, guaranteed win.

No they withdrew with CO. They are currently unaffilated.

Snowboarder who won Bronze had to leave Vancouver after racy photo of girl kissing the medal which was near his crotch. Article here, pic here.

Hmmm, what if that medal had been gold?

No, but you will have access to the AM lounge in MEX if you're in Clase Ejecutiva. And remember, the bartender there will likely force you to take a tequila shot. ;)

LOL! Admittedly, this is my fallback plan, but I'm hoping there's some way to get E+ gratis prior to the check-in counter. In any event, <<Le grande noir disco baton>> is simply to big to be stuck in an E- seat.
