On FAQ post #5, "buy you ticket " should read "buy your ticket"

I think that something should be added about RewardOne: CO's portal for businesses. In the discussion on earning miles/EQM's, it mentions that you earn 50% on discounted coach fares unless they're purchased through co.com; tickets purchased through RewardOne earn 100% too.

Help fill in the IFE post!
Please help fill-in the IFE posting to the FAQ by looking over what's there, suggesting additions/changes and fact-checking what's been posted. Thanks!

And, since the ERJs are listed, I'd add the CRJs to that list, since they are flying some of the Express routes out of IAH and CLE. If you want to be really complete, you could also add the Connection SF-340B, B-1900D, and DHC-200 turboprops with the Express ERJs.

Fixed above. Also the Presidents Club access post for the FAQ has been revised. Please offer suggestions and point out errors or omissions! In particular please review the sections concerning class of service access and international destination definitions (i.e. Carribean, etc.) and the section concerning Skyteam Elite Plus access and international destination definitions.

The First/International Business mileage upgrade post has been updated. Also the Presidents Club access post still needs to be checked for accuracy and completeness.

For the 787 section, CO may have been the first US carrier to commit to the dreamliner, but NW will take delivery before CO does, making them the US launch customer.
For the entertainment post, the loop on the 767/777 is 2.75 hours.
I'm going to update the above two now.
In the PC section, I was pretty sure that international F tickets (other than Canada) did get PC access, as there have been some posts about people using the SJU club and not being members. I'm not sure if that was for ST E+ or just int'l F, but I'm pretty sure that SJU has at least some access for int'l F. I'm not editing that post since I'm not sure of it.

Regarding PC access I based the wording off this posting by CO Insider (edited):
It also references the CO website at this link which states:
Lounge Access: Platinum members enjoy complimentary access to SkyTeam lounges worldwide when traveling on or connecting to a SkyTeam operated international* flight. Present your same-day ticket for admission.
*Flights between the U.S. (including Hawaii) and the Caribbean do not apply for complimentary lounge access.
Travel to/from the Caribbean (including Puerto Rico) is excluded from our Platinum/SkyTeam Elite Plus lounge access program. On the other hand, if you're confirmed in International Business Class traveling to/from Puerto Rico (even if it's a complimentary Elite upgrade), you will have access to the Presidents Club, but with no guests.
Customers traveling on Continental in International Business Class (including the Caribbean/Puerto Rico/Canada) are allowed access to our Presidents Clubs (but with no guests) anytime on the day of departure.

PC Gate Access
By the way, you should also edit the FAQs on the PC to add that you can get two people through the security check point with the same GG Checkpoint information.

Fixed above. Also narrowed Skyteam E+ exclusions to wording on the CO website. Can anyone confirm you can access lounges under the E+ rules travelling to Canada or Puerto Rico?
