Any one tried at the AMS KLM lounges yet?

In the 1.5 years or so since this post, is this still approximately what's in the pack? (I do know the price has gone up a bit.) Has anyone ordered one recently?

Specifically about the passes, may they be used in any SkyTeam lounge, so long as one is flying that day (and not necessarily on SkyTeam)? If it affects the answer, I am admittedly not yet elite with any SkyTeam program.

Unless they've changed recently, the passes are only good in the PC.

First, now that I know what 'bumping' means, I apologise for doing so.

However, now that the damage is done

I called and ordered it.
Given the complaints I've read elsewhere on these fora about outsourced call centres, I was pleased to speak to a [very obvious] texan.

The new price is $135.95 (which we all knew), and the contents are approximately the same.
She confirmed that the PC passes are for PCs only.
Oh...and the document holder is now Tumi.

Are the leather luggage tags with the gold colored metal CO logo still included? I've managed to lose two of mine in the last month while traveling and want another one in my next Prestige Pack.

Sadly, I think not. I forgot to ask about them, but when I asked about the document holder, she said that anything not mentioned was not included, so I would guess no luggage tags either.

The luggage tags with the metal were in mine when I received it in October.

Just got the Prestige Pack today. She seems to have been misinformed ...a spiffy document holder was included, as well as the nice luggage tag you mentioned.

So nothing new, i guess... the tenet on here is if it doesn't sound right (or even if it does?), ring up again, then again before taking the average of the 3 answers!

Can someone give more details on the $99 companion certificate, and the discount certificate in the executive pack (requirements/ exceptions).

I'm going to be doing some traveling through IAH in March with a 4 hour layover, I would think the President's club tickets would a nice addition for the trip.

Last year I used the companion certificate for a flight to YYC and the $ off certificate for a flight to CHS. Not really too many restrictions on their use (can't remember, but a Saturday night stay may have been required). A good investment especially with the 7,500 miles as well.

Sorry... may be a stupid question... but can the companion ticket be used on CO/NW code shares?

Also, do you still recieve miles for the travel / are they still upgradable?

At least last year you could not use the companion tickets for codeshares. It had to be CO metal.

Other than the CO metal stipulation, you have the chance to sit in front, and you get all of the miles.

The prestige coupons are pretty good actually..
